An Updated Kitchen Was The Impetus For This Contemporary Home Renovation
The homeowner contacted Kempton Construction seeking a fresh new look for the kitchen. Our clients enjoyed entertaining family and friends and wanted to upgrade the aesthetics and functionality of their kitchen. We took the original oak kitchen down to the studs for this contemporary home renovation. We widened doorways and added windows to improve the flow and bring in more natural light. To update the home to reflect a contemporary design better, we replaced every door in the house and also updated all of the trim to reflect a more contemporary style.
The dated kitchen was a flashback straight out of the 80s. We took it down to the studs and installed beautiful walnut veneer cabinetry to reflect a modern contemporary style. Fabulous Carrara marble countertops on the perimeter cabinetry and island along with a matching solid marble slab backsplash, add a luxurious look and modern style. The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of Miele appliances that are perfect for entertaining family and friends.
These homeowners will enjoy this wholly transformed kitchen for many years to come.
